Common Pleas Jan. 28 Jacob A. LeClair, 30, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs and a violation of community control. He was sentenced to three years community control, six months in Volunteers of America, and $40 reimbursement to Willard Police Department. Remanded to custody of sheriff. Charles Lambert, 42, pleaded guilty to one count of attempt to commit burglary with forfeiture specification in exchange for dismissal of one count each of possessing criminal tools and possessing drug abuse instruments. Remains on bond, sentencing set for Mar. 11. Trevor D. Harris, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of failure to notify of change of address and was sentenced to three years community control, six months in Volunteers of America, and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Jan. 30 Dennis M. Adams, 26, admitted guilt to violation of probation. Ordered to continue on community control, with six months in CBCF, remanded to custody of sheriff. Eugene Large, Jr, 39, admitted guilt to violation of probation. Community control was revoked and defendant was sentenced to 18 months in ODRC, remanded to custody of sheriff. Steven M. Justice, 44, admitted guilt to violation of probation. Ordered to continue on community control with 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, or house arrest with electronic monitoring at defendant's cost, defendant released. Chandler A. Newsome, 23, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and sentenced to 17 months in ODRC, $60 reimbursement to Willard Police Department and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Roberto DeLaCruz, 36, pleaded guilty to one count each of identity fraud and forgery and two counts of domestic violence in exchange for dismissal of one count each of identity theft and forgery, and two counts of tampering with records. Bond continued, sentencing set for Mar. 18.
