A night of riches and raffles

NORWALK — A local nonprofit is bringing the community together for an evening of fun, fundraising and prizes. The Firelands Historical Society invites the community to step back in time for a night of glitz, glamor and giving at its Reverse Raffle and Riches Night, according to a release from the group. This will take place from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday at the Norwalk Eagles #711, 151 Cline Street. This Roaring Twenties-themed evening will feature dinner and the chance to win over fabulous prizes, including designer handbags, a golf outing, Toledo Mud Hens tickets and gift certificates to popular area restaurants. Guests can choose between two ticket options: • $30: Includes dinner and entry into the Riches Raffle.• $50: Includes dinner and entry into both the Riches and Reverse Raffles. All proceeds from the event will support the Firelands Historical Society's expansion project, helping preserve and share the region's rich history.
