New London garage sale set for summer

The village of New London announces the return of the New London Community Garage sale weekend, scheduled for Saturday, June 21, and Sunday, June 22. "We're thrilled to bring New London together for the New London Community Garage Sale Weekend," Shannon Dyer, president of the New London Community Club, said. "The downtown sidewalk sales will add a vibrant, festive energy, and we can't wait to see our community come alive." Participating is free of charge, and all residents are encouraged to host garage sales at their homes or explore the many sales taking place throughout the community. This year's event introduces a new feature: Downtown Sidewalk Sales. Community members are invited to bring their items to downtown New London and set up along the sidewalks, creating a lively, open-air marketplace. This initiative is designed to foster community engagement, support local commerce and enhance the vibrancy of the downtown area.
