New St. Paul principal named

NORWALK — The search for a new principal at St. Paul High School is over. Nathan Gwinn was selected for the job after a long search, according to a post on the Norwalk Catholic Schools Facebook page. "I'm thrilled to be joining St. Paul High School as the new principal," comments from Gwinn, included in the district's post, state. "I can't wait to bring my passion and experience to St. Paul. I feel beyond blessed that God brought my family to the Norwalk Catholic community." The district described Gwinn as "a man of strong faith with a comprehensive background in education." An employment reference, Fr. Gabe Bouck, described Gwinn as a man of deep faith, an inspirational leader with a clear vision," the district said. Gwinn — who currently lives in Tennessee with his wife, Britt, and four children, Zeke, Harvey, Charlotte and Liam — has experience in Catholic and public school settings. "I'm looking forward to a fantastic year and witnessing all of the amazing ways the St. Paul students and staff will find success," Gwinn said. "Thank you to Mr. Linder and the search committee for trusting me to lead St. Paul for many years to come. I have no doubt we will do incredible things together. Go Flyers!"
