Leadership Huron County returns

A Huron County leadership program returns for 2025, and those interested must submit applications soon. Leadership Huron County starts in April, and applications should be turned in by March 28, according to a release from the Huron County Growth Partnership. Two of the partnership's leaders — executive director Sarah Ross and chamber director Kevin Rasnick — are past graduates of the program. "(Leadership Huron County is) highly recommended for anyone interested in strengthening their leadership skills and forming relationships with like-minded individuals in the area," the release states. The program is open to anyone who works or lives in Huron County. Here are the program dates and themes for 2025: • April 10: Orientation, Mindful Leadership, Team Building • May 8: Clifton Strengths Analysis, Class Planning Groups, Personal Leadership Development Goals • June 12: Equine Experiential Leadership Training • July 10: Huron County Road Rally • Aug. 7: Government, Safety Services, Law Enforcement • Sept. 11: Agriculture and the Environment • Oct. 9: Business & Industry • Nov. 13: Education, Culture & Recreation • Dec. 11: Healthcare, Social Services & Non-Profits / Graduation Celebration People can find and download an application by visiting leadershiphuroncounty.org/pics/LHC-App2025.pdf.
