Common Pleas Court sentencings

The following were sentenced in Huron County Common Pleas Court: Jose Ricardo Ramirez, 30, was sentenced on one count of F-5 attempted failure to provide notice of change of address to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and a $250 fine. Ramirez was ordered to report to adult probation. Joshua Hildebrandt, 39, pleaded guilty to one county of F-4 trespass in a habitation in exchange for the State's dismissal of one count of M-1 menacing. Hildebrandt was sentenced to three years sommunity control, and successful completion of up to six months in CBCF. He was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Jeffrey Robert Suto, 19, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 burglary, one count of F-4 grand theft of a motor vehicle, and one county of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs in exchange for the State's dismissal of all remaining charges. Suto remains in the custody of the sheriff. Sentencing is set for March 12. Alicia M. Harpel, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count of F-5 possession of a fentanyl-related compound in exchangfe for the State's dismissal of one count of F-3 aggravated possession of drugs and one count of F-5 trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound. Harpel was sentenced to three years community control, successful completion of up to six months in CBCF and fined $5,000. Harpel was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Brandon Wadding, 38, was sentenced on one county of F-5 possession of heroin and was sentenced to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR, in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and a fine of $250. He was ordered to report to adult probation. Kenneth Ansel II, 29, admitted to a violation of community control and his community control was revoked. Ansel was sentenced to nine months in the ODRC and remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Crystal R. Jones, 42, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to serve 60 days in the Huron County Jail, followed by unsuccessful termination of community control. She was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Bianca N. Tyus, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, one count of M-1 OVI, and one count of M-1 endangering children. Tyus was sentenced to three years community control, a 90-day placement at a resident treatment program, 180 days in the Huron County Jail with 168 days suspended, and credit for 2 days served, a $525 fine, and a driver's license suspension for 5 years. Tyus was ordered to report to adult probation.
