Wallace, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 possession of a fentanyl-related compound and one count of F-4 attempted complicity to tampering with evidence in exchange for the State's dismissal of one count of F-5 possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Wallace was sentenced to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and was ordered to report to adult probation. Gary Munn III, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in cocaine in exchange for the State's dismissal of one count of F-4 trafficking in cocaine and one count of F-5 trafficking in cocaine. Munn was sentenced to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and pay $575 reimbursement to the Norwalk Police Department. Munn was ordered to report to adult probation. Darrel Dwayne Keegan, 33, pleaded guilty to one count F-3 attempted aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture specification, one count of F-3 possession of marijuana and one count of F-4 trafficking in marijuana in exchange for the state's dismissal of one county of F-1 aggravated trafficking in drugs, one count of F-2 trafficking in marijuana, two counts of F-5 selling, purchasing, distributing, or delivering dangerous drugs, three counts of F-5 trafficking in marijuana, two counts of F-4 aggravated trafficking in drugs, one count of F-3 tampering with evidence, and one count of F-3 complicity. Keegan remains out on bond, sentencing is set for April 10. James Dylan Thornsberry, 29, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 possession of drugs and one count F-2 attempted felonious assault and was sentenced to two years in ODRC. Thornsberry was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Samual Alan Sides, 28, pleaded guilty to one county of M-1 assault. Sides remains out on bond, sentencing set for March 27.
