Rhonda Rhineberger, 47, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs - methamphetamine, in exchange for the State's dismissal of one count of F-5 obstructing official business. Rhineberger was sentenced to three years community control, residential treatment, and 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times established by adult probation or in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at defendant's cost, and reimburse the Willard Police Department in the amount of $40. Rhineberger was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Brandon W. Wadding, 38, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 possession of heroin in exchange for the state's dismissal of one count of F-5 possession of a fentanyl-related compound and two counts of M-1 having physical control of vehicle while under the influence. Wadding remains out on bond and sentencing is set for March 6. Keith Valentine, 44, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs and was sentenced to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, or in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the HUron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and forfeiture of cell phones, a laptop computer, and digital scales. Deon Parker, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of F-4 grand theft of a motor vehicle and one count of M-1 theft in exchange for the State's dismissal of one count of F-5 identity fraud. Parker also admitted to violations of community control. He was sentenced to 12 months in ODRC and remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Alaina Rowe, 36, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to serve 60 days in the Huron County Jail. Rowe was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Jasmine Burton, 36, was sentenced on count of F-5 attempted receiving stolen property to six months in ODRC and remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Jose Ricardo Ramirez, 30, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted failure to provide notice of change of address. Ramirez remains out on bond with sentencing set for March 5. Robert William Elliott, 29, was sentenced on one count of F-3 endangering children and one count of F-3 domestic violence to 48 months in ODRC. Elliott was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Seth Gayheart, 33, admitted to violations of contitions of treatment in lieu of conviction. Gayheart's treatment in lieu was revoked and he was sentenced to three years community control, completion of residential drug treatment, and 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, or in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at defendant's cost. Gayheart was ordered to report to adult probation upon his completion of drug treatment. Robert Patterson, 59, was sentenced on one count of F-5 theft to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, or in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department at defendant's cost and a $250 fine. Patterson was ordred to report to adult probation.
