Huron County Common Pleas Court news

NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Sept. 12, 2023 Daniel Joseph Dukles, 43, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer in exchange for the State's dismissal of one count of F-4 assault, one count of F-5 attempt to commit an offense, and one count of F-5 obstructing official business. Mr. Dukles remains out on bond, sentencing is set for 11/8/2023. Sept. 13, 2023 Christian Joseph Wayne Hale, 25, admitted to violations of community control. Mr. Hale was sanctioned to served 90 days in the Huron County Jail and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Misty Lynn Slone, 46, admitted to violations of conditions of treatment in lieu of conviction. Ms. Slone's treatment in lieu of conviction was revoked and a finding of guilty to one count of F-5 receiving stolen property was entered. Ms. Slone was sentenced to 90 days in the Huron County Jail and was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Jessica Tackett, 26, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to successful completion of up to 6 months in CBCF. Ms. Tackett was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Brittany Louise Tackett, 32, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to successful completion of a residential treatment program. Ms. Tackett was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Alan Anthony Osborn, 35, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 intimidation in exchange for the State's dismissal of one count of F-5 obstructing official business. Mr. Osborn was sentenced to 9 months in ODRC, with forfeiture of $11,210, and remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
