Civista Bank announces new youth financial education program

SANDUSKY — In honor of Financial Literacy Month, Civista Bank announces the launch of its new youth financial education program. This program will be a part of Civista's current financial education platform, the Civista Learning Vault. The current platform offers short courses or playlists for all of life's stages — from financing college, to owning a home, planning for retirement and more. The new youth program has been designed specifically for students in 7th to 12th grade. They will learn the basics of finance in easy to digest playlists that include — "Smart Budgeting," "Smart Savings" and "Smart Investing." "Financial literacy is a crucial life skill, and we want to do our part in setting up the next generation of young people for financial success."
