NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Feb. 28, 2023 Clint P. Stark, 30, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 theft and one count of F-4 attempted tampering with evidence. Mr. Stark remains on bond, sentencing set for 4/12/23. Dwight D. Booth, 53, sentenced on one count of F-3 failure to comply with order or signal of police officer to nine months in ODRC. Mr. Booth was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Seth T. Cochran, 40, sentenced on one count of F-4 OVI to three years community control, 60 days in the Huron County Jail, $1,350 fine, and 3-year driver's license suspension. Mr. Cochran was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. March 1, 2023 Joshua N. Kuras, Jr., 31, was sentenced on one count of F-3 attempted failure to register to three years community control, with successful completion of programming at VOA. Mr. Kuras was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. David A. Smith, 64, was sentenced on 2 counts of F-2 illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance and 2 counts of F-4 pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person to 4 years, 11 months to 6 years 11 months in ODRC. Mr. Smith was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Dakota K. Wilber, 27, admitted to violations of probation. Her community control was revoked and she was sentenced to serve 17 months in ODRC with credit for time served of 285 days. Ms. Wilber was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. Noah R. Perry, 26, pleaded no contest to one count of M-1 aggravated trespass in exchange for dismissal of 2 counts of M-1 interfering with civil rights and two counts of M-1 assault. Mr. Perry remains on bond, sentencing set for 4/19/23.
