Rockwell to be honored at board meeting

NORWALK — There will be a special presentation for Norwalk High School student Austin Rockwell at Tuesday's Norwalk City Schools board of education meeting. The meeting will start at 7 p.m. in the Fisher-Titus Learning Center at Norwalk High School. Rockwell earned a Perfect Score on his AP Computer Science Exam and will receive a Letter of Commendation from the National Merit Program.
