NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: May 17, 2022 Carl E. Murphy, 51, pleaded guilty to one count of F-2 aggravated trafficking in drugs in a school zone and one count of F-4 receiving stolen property in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-4 trafficking in cocaine, one count of F-4 trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, one count of F-3 aggravated possession of drugs, one count of F-5 possession of cocaine, and one count of F-5 possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Defendant was sentenced to fifty-four months in ODRC, to be served concurrently with his current incarceration in ODRC stemming from a case out of Richland County and a $7,500 fine. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Lillian K. Denson, 24, pleaded guilty to one count of M-1 domestic violence and one count of F-4 assault of a police officer in exchange for dismissal of one count of M-1 endangering children and one count of F-5 obstructing official business. Defendant remains out on bond, sentencing is set for June 2, 2022. Eugene F. Wilson, Sr., 57, pleaded guilty to one count of F-4 assault of a firefighter. Defendant remains out on bond, sentencing is set for June 2, 2022. Chad Kelly Perkins, 49, was granted judicial release, under conditions of three years of community control and successful completion of up to six months in CBCF. Defendant was remanded to custody of sheriff.
