Eric P. Weeks

NORWALK — Eric P. Weeks, 60, of Norwalk, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022, at Fisher-Titus Medical Center. He was born July 12, 1961, in Hillsdale, Michigan and graduated from Sturgis High School and attended Ferris State University in Michigan. He was a union carpenter for most of his life and worked with Giorgi Interior Systems. He was a competitive golfer and introduced golfing to his sons. He also enjoyed fishing and was a talented woodworker and renovated kitchens and historic homes. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Patricia A. (Hartman) Weeks of Norwalk; children, Adam (Brittany) Weeks of Wakeman and Nick (Tricia) Weeks of Amherst; grandchildren, Mia and Nolan; his father, James Weeks of Sturgis, Michigan; sister, Julie Weeks of Kalamazoo, Michigan; and nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Loretta Gayle (Haveman) Weeks. A celebration of life gathering will be from noon until 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, 2022, at Zeiter Trucking in Norwalk. Arrangements are entrusted to Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main St., Norwalk.
