NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Nov. 23, 2021 Jessica Rigg, 29, pleaded guilty to one count of F-4 pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person with forfeiture specification, 6 counts of F-2 pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person, and one count of F-2 endangering children in exchange for dismissal of two counts of F-4 disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, four count of F-2 endangering children, and 4 counts of attempted promoting prostitution. Defendant was remanded to the custody of the sheriff, sentencing set for February 1, 2022. Julia A. Johnson, 44, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 aggravated possession of drugs, one count of F-4 trafficking in heroin, and one count of F-4 trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-2 aggravated trafficking in drugs, one count of F-4 trafficking in cocaine, one count of F-5 possession of cocaine, one count of F-5 possession of heroin, one count of F-5 possession of fentanyl-related compound, and one count of M-2 obstructing official business. Defendant remains out on bond, sentencing is scheduled for February 2, 2022. Nov. 24, 2021 Shane A. Cloward, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs and admitted to violations of probation stemming from a previous conviction. Defendant was sentenced to three years community control, six months in CBCF, and 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost.
