Vaccine distribution had new locations

NORWALK — Beginning Tuesday, Fisher-Titus will be moving the distribution and management of COVID-19 vaccines to Fisher-Titus Primary Care and Convenient Care locations. COVID-19 vaccines will be offered at the following locations: • Fisher-Titus Convenient Care (walk-ins only; no appointments)368 Milan Ave., Norwalk • Fisher-Titus Family Medicine — Milan2114 Ohio 113 East, Milan • Fisher-Titus Family Medicine — New London187 W. Main St., New London • Fisher-Titus Family Medicine — Willard315 Crestwood Dr., Willard • Fisher-Titus Norwalk Primary Care280 Benedict Ave. Suite A, Norwalk Patients can call 419-660-2900 to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine appointment at a Fisher-Titus Primary Care location. Appointments are required to receive a vaccine at all primary care locations. Patients can walk in and receive a COVID-19 vaccine at Convenient Care during their regular hours, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The last drive-through clinic for first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will take place on Wednesday, June 30 at Fisher-Titus Medical Center. Drive-through second dose clinics for those who received their first dose at a drive-through clinic will continue through July.
