NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: April 28, 2021 Samantha L. Barnett, 34, sentenced on one count of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs, one count of F-5 possession of fentanyl-related compound, one count of F-4 failure to appear as required, and one count of M-1 OVI to three years on community control, six months in CBCF, fine of $375, and license suspension of 1 year. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Dylan M. Jones, 26, sentenced on two counts of F-3 obstructing justice to eighteen months in ODRC. Defendant to report to Huron County Jail on May 10, 2021. Elizabeth B. Long, 29, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to an additional ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, while continuing on community control. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. David L. Fligor, 34, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to 86 days in jail, with unsuccessful termination of community control following completion of the sentence. Defendant was remanded to the custody of the sheriff. John W. Hargrove, 29, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to completion of programming at Midwest Recovery Center, while continuing on community control. Defendant was remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
