NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: April 13, 2021 Nathaniel S. Florek, 42, sentenced on one count of F-2 aggravated possession of drugs, one count of F-3 having weapons while under disability, one count of F-2 engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, and one count of M-1 endangering children to four years and 9 months in ODRC with forfeiture of gun, $921 cash, various electronics and cell phones. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. April 14, 2021 Joseph Wayne Lukitsh, 37, sentenced on one count of F-4 aiding and abetting receiving stolen property to three years community control, ninety days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and restitution in the amount of $500. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Devin McGinn, 33, admitted to violations of probation and was sanctioned to six months in CBCF. Mr. McGinn also plead guilty to a new charge of F-5 aggravated possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to an additional three years of community control, with 30 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost. Mr. McGinn was remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
