Smith, 19, pleaded guilty to two counts of M-1 contributing to unruliness or delinquency of a child in exchange for dismissal of 2 counts of F-4 unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Defendant remains out on bond, sentencing set for 5/26/21. Carl M. Black, III, 50, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 failure to comply with order or signal of police officer in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-5 obstructing official business. Defendant remains in jail awaiting sentencing, set for 5/12/21. Chad Paul HIckle, 44, pleaded guilty to one count of F-4 possession of a fentanyl-related compound and one count of F-3 aggravated possession of drugs in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-4 trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and one count of F-3 aggravated trafficking in drugs. Defendant remains out on bond, sentencing set for 6/3/21. Tyler M. Wilcox, 21, pleaded guilty to 2 counts of F-3 aggravated trafficking in drugs in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-1 engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Defendant remains out on bond, sentencing set for 5/12/21. Jennifer L. Nichols, 37, pleaded guilty to one count of F-2 complicity to felonious assault in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-1 involuntary manslaughter, and one count of F-5 trafficking in fentanyl-related compound. Defendant remains in jail awaiting sentencing, set for 4/21/21.
