NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: March 3, 2021 Rhonda K. Bell, 49, sentenced on one count of F-4 OVI to three years community control, six months in CBCF, $1,350 fine, and 5 year driver's license suspension. Defendant was remanded to custody of the sheriff. Eddie Dean Tackett, Jr., 31, admitted to violations of community control and was sanctioned to six months in CBCF. Defendant was remanded to custody of the sheriff. Trevon A. Lee, 24, admitted to violations of community control. Community control was revoked and Defendant was sentenced to 24 months in ODRC. Defendant was remanded to custody of the sheriff. Robert A. Groot, 28, sentenced on one count of F-4 pandering obscenity involving a minor to three years community control, ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, $500 fine, and registration as a Tier II sex offender for a period of 25 years. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Brandon J. Burton, 31, sentenced on one count of F-4 assault, one count of F-5 identity fraud, and one count of M-1 OVI to seventeen months in ODRC, fine of $375 and one year driver's license suspension. Defendant was remanded to custody of the sheriff. March 4, 2021 Joshua J. Hale, 32, sentenced on one count of F-4 assault to three years community control, ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at defendant's cost, and successful completion of domestic violence program at defendant's cost. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Sean Anthony Goble, 37, sentenced on one count of F-5 obstructing official business to three years community control and sixty days in the Huron County Jail. Defendant was placed under house arrest with electronic monitoring until reporting to jail to serve his sentence. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. March 8, 2021 Corey A. Mullins, 32, sentenced on one count of F-5 theft of a credit card to three years community control, ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and $250 fine. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Veron R. Jones, 34, sentenced on one count of F-3 OVI to one year in ODRC, $1,350 fine, six points on driver's license and license suspension for ten years. Defendant was remanded to custody of the sheriff. March 9, 2021 Taylor Atkins, 23, sentenced on one count of F-5 possession of drugs and one count of F-4 failure to appear as required to three years community control, ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation upon release from current prison incarceration.
