NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: March 3, 2021 Rhonda K. Bell, 49, sentenced on one count of F-4 OVI to three years community control, six months in CBCF, $1,350 fine, and 5 year driver's license suspension. Defendant was remanded to custody of the sheriff. March 10, 2021 Robert L. Hamman, 51, admitted to violations of probation and was sanctioned to six months in CBCF. Defendant was remanded to custody of sheriff. Rickie Back, 43, admitted to violations of probation and was sanctioned to serve sixty days in the Huron County Jail with unsuccessful termination of probation following his jail term. Kaleb W. R. Carsey, 18, sentenced on one count of F-3 failure to comply with signal or order of police officer to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, $250 fine, and three year driver's license suspension. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Mark S. Allen, 60, sentenced on one count of F-2 felonious assault, one count of F-2 improperly discharging a firearm, one count of F-3 tampering with evidence, and one count of F-3 having weapons under disability to ODRC for a minimum of 12 years with a maximum of 15 ½ years, and restitution in the amount of $1,200. Defendant was remanded to custody of sheriff. Amanda L. Hall, 34, was granted judicial release and placed on three years community control, with six months in CBCF. Defendant remains in custody awaiting transfer.
