Fisher-Titus now offering self-sign up for patient portal

NORWALK — Fisher-Titus patients are now able to self-enroll for the myFisherTitus online patient portal. myFisherTitus enables patients to help manage and receive health information. Through the portal patients can view health history and doctor visit summaries, view lab test results, communicate with the provider's office, and more. Only one health record per email can be assigned. For example, a married couple that shares an email address can only sign up one health record with that email address. Through myFisherTitus, patients can access their Fisher-Titus medical records online from any device with internet access including computers, smart phones, and tablets.
