NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Feb. 24, 2021 Heather Dyann Prelipp, 42, admitted to violations of probation and was sanctioned to six months in CBCF. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Purity L. Blair, 32, admitted to violations of probation. Community control was revoked and Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in ODRC. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Shawn T. Cook, 43, admitted to violations of probation and was sanctioned to an additional two years of supervision. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Chad J. Stefaniak, 39, admitted to violation of probation and was sanctioned to six months in CBCF. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Jaquelyn D. Burton, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of F-2 attempted trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and one count of F-5 trafficking in cocaine in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-1 possession of a fentanyl-related compound, one count of F-5 possession of cocaine, one count of F-4 trafficking in heroin, one count of F-5 trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, one count of F-5 trafficking in cocaine, two counts of F-2 engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and one count of F-1 engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Defendant remains on bond, sentencing set for 4/15/21. Jason L. Muhr, 43, admitted to violations of probation. Community control was revoked and Defendant was sentenced to 4 years and 11 months in ODRC. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Jace A. Liszewski, 21, sentenced on one count of F-4 receiving stolen property, one count of F-4 pandering obscenity involving a minor, one count of F-4 pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor, and one count of F-5 illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material to seventeen (17) months on ODRC and designation as Tier II sexual offender, requiring registration every 180 days for 25 years. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Dustin C. Burton, 36, pleaded guilty to one count of F-1 trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, two counts of F-5 trafficking in cocaine, one count of F-5 trafficking in fentanyl-related compound, one count of F-5 trafficking in heroin, and one count of F-5 obstructing official business in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-1 possession of fentanyl-related compound, one count of F-5 possession of cocaine, one count of F-4 trafficking in heroin, two counts of F-2 engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, one count of F-1 engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, and one count of F-4 assault. Defendant was sentenced to six years and six months in ODRC, fine of $10,000, forfeiture of cell phones, scales, and $546 cash, reimbursement to Norwalk Police Department in amount of $725. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff.
