NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Jan. 20, 2021 Dearis R. Ross, 19, sentenced on one count of F-4 trespass in habitation and sentenced to three years community control, ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and $250 fine. Defendant ordered to report to adult probation. Isaiah Mark Risner, 24, sentenced on one count of F-3 burglary to three years community control and successful completion of Teen Challenge program. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Amber L. Schnee, 36, sentenced on one count of F-5 breaking and entering to three years community control, six (6) months in CBCF, and $825 restitution. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Matthew D. Fortner, 34, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 theft, one count of F-4 failure to appear as required by recognizance, and one count of F-5 receiving stolen property in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-5 theft, 2 counts of F-5 identity fraud, and one count of F-3 burglary. Defendant remains in custody of sheriff, sentencing set for 2/2/2021. Jan. 21, 2021 Trevor Guthrie, 25, sentenced on one count of F-5 attempted tampering with evidence to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and ordered to report to adult probation. Emery Ryan Slone, 36, sentenced on three counts of F-5 forgery to eighteen months in ODRC. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff.
