NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Jan. 12, 2021 Charles D. Steven, 27, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 trafficking in a Fentanyl-related compound and one count of F-5 trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-5 trafficking in a Fentanyl-related compound, 2 counts of F-5 trafficking in Heroin, one count of F-5 trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances, and one count of F-4 failure to appear. Defendant was sentenced to seven months in ODRC, reimbursement to the Norwalk Police Department in the amount of $100, and remanded to custody of the sheriff. Mark Alfred Michael, Jr., 41, pleaded guilty to one count of F-2 aggravated vehicular homicide, one count of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs, and one count of M-1 OVI in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-3 aggravated vehicular homicide, one count of F-23 involuntary manslaughter, and 3 counts of M-1 OVI. Defendant remains in custody of sheriff, sentencing set for 2/10/21. David A. Legg, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 having weapons while under disability with forfeiture specification. Defendant remains in custody of sheriff, sentencing set for 2/11/21.
