NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Dec. 1, 2020 Zachary A. Miller, 26, pleaded guilty to one count of F-3 complicity to trafficking in drugs, one count of F-5 complicity to trafficking in drugs, and one count of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-3 complicity to trafficking in drugs, one count of F-3 having weapons while under disability, and one count of F-5 permitting drug abuse. Defendant was sentenced to three years community control, six months in CBCF, forfeiture of property, and $5000 fine. Defendant was remanded to custody of sheriff. Sidney K. Mann, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of F-5 identity fraud and one count of F-5 aggravated possession of drugs in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-5 identity fraud, one count of M- possession of drug abuse instruments, one count of F-5 possession of criminal tools, and one count of F-3 tampering with records. Defendant remains in custody, sentencing set for 1/14/2021. Thomas M. Wagner, 31, pleaded guilty to one count of F-4 attempted tampering with evidence, one count of F-4 possession of fentanyl-related compound, one count of F-5 trafficking heroin and one count of F-5 trafficking in counterfeit controlled substance in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-4 trafficking in fentanyl-related compound. Defendant was sentenced to three years community control, six months in CBCF, and 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost. Defendant as remanded to custody of sheriff.
