Earl T. Castle

NORWALK — Earl T. Castle, 71, of Norwalk, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020, following a brief illness. He was born March 13, 1949, in Berlin Heights, Ohio, to the late Elbert and Lida Castle. He loved spending time with family, hunting and fishing. He retired from Norwalk Concrete. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Janet S. Castle; daughter, Denise (Larry) Brant; grandchildren, Scott Absher and Andrea (Chris) Acierto; as well as great-grandchildren, Lexie, Nathan, and Jonathan, Bryleigh Absher and Madison Acierto; sisters, Ethel (Herman) Young, Rachel (Bob) Summers, Aleen (Francis) Dillman, Peggy Castle, and Donna Smith. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Castle; son-in-law, Brian Green; siblings, Roy (Buck) and Harold Castle, Opal Pierce, and Joyce Ward. Friends may call 3-6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 30, 2020, at Deliverance Tabernacle Church, 4717 Prospect Road, New London, Ohio. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020, at the church. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk, Ohio. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
