NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Nov. 18, 2020 Nathan Z. Brady, 27, sentenced on one count of F-4 menacing by stalking and one count of F-5 breaking and entering to three years community control and six months in CBCF. Defendant was remanded to custody of sheriff. Nicholas K. Wood, 25, sentenced on one count of F-3 trafficking in LSD with forfeiture and one count of F-5 possessing criminal tools to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, $5,000 fine, and forfeiture of cell phone scales, and $2,790. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. David D. Morrow, 41, sentenced on one count of F-4 trespass in habitation and one count of F-4 failure to appear as required by recognizance to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and $250 fine. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Stacey M. Hernandez, 43, sentenced on two counts of F-4 trafficking in cocaine and two counts of F-4 trafficking in cocaine in the vicinity of a juvenile to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, $500 fine, and forfeiture of money and property seized. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Jessy Lee, 20, pleaded guilty to one count of F-4 trafficking in heroin in exchange for dismissal of one count of F-5 trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances, one count of F-5 possession criminal tools, and one count of F-3 tampering with evidence. Defendant was sentenced to twelve months in ODRC and was remanded to custody of the sheriff. Alexus A. Parsons, 21, admitted to violation of community control and was sanction to an additional 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Matthew M. Frank, 38, admitted to violation of community control and was sanction to an additional 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Justin Hendrickson, 29, admitted to violation of community control. Community Control was revoked and Defendant was sentenced to 18 months in ODRC. Defendant was remanded to custody of sheriff.
