NORWALK — From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: Oct. 29, 2020 Marvie D. Gardner, IV, 25, sentenced on one count of F-3 aggravated possession of drugs to three years community control, ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and $5,000 fine. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Michael L. Osborne, 30, sentenced on one count of F-4 assault on a peace officer, one count of F-5 theft, and one count of F-5 forgery to three years community control, 6 months in CBCF and ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost. Defendant was remanded to custody of sheriff. Noah Michael Trent, 22, sentenced on one count of F-5 trafficking in drugs and one count of F-3 aggravated trafficking in drugs with vehicle forfeiture to three years community control, ninety (90) days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, $510 reimbursement to Norwalk Police Department, $5,000 fine, and forfeiture of vehicle. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation.
