From the Huron County Common Pleas Court: June 24, 2020 Bon S. Poland, 32, sentenced on one count of F-3 having weapons while under disability and one count of M-1 aggravated menacing to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and a $250 fine. Defendant ordered to report to adult probation. Richard L. Dimon, 36, sentenced on 4 counts of F-5 illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost, and a $500 fine, along with forfeiture of cell phone. Defendant is designated as a Tier I Sexual Offender and shall be required to register as a sex offender for a period of 15 years. Defendant ordered to report to adult probation. June 25, 2020 David Randal Moser, 41, sentenced on one count of F-3 failure to provide notice of change of address to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail, to be served at times established by adult probation , OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost and $250 fine. Defendant is ordered to report to adult probation. Dereck E. Daily, 37, sentenced on one count of F-3 aggravated possession of drugs and one count of F-4 failure to appear to three years community control, 90 days in the Huron County Jail, to be served at times established by adult probation , OR in the alternative, house arrest with electronic monitoring to be determined by the Huron County Adult Probation Department, at Defendant's cost and $5,000 fine. Defendant is ordered to report to adult probation.
