Norwalk PD Wednesday 2:14 p.m.: A Sandusky man was arrested by the Sandusky Police Department on two Norwalk Municipal Court warrants. One warrant is for felonious assault and the second is for aggravated robbery. The warrants were not bondable and the man was transported to the Huron County Jail. Huron County Sheriff's Dept. Tuesday 6:32 a.m.: A Norwalk man turned himself into the Huron County Sheriff's Office on May 20, 2020. He was arrested for an identity theft warrant out of the Norwalk Municipal Court and was turned over to the Huron County Jail. Wenesday 12:23 a.m.: Dispatched to a residence in New London regarding an active warrant from the Norwalk Municipal Court for a New London woman. Officer responded to the location and transported the woman to the Norwalk Police Department where she posted bond for the failure to appear violation and given a court date. 6:14 a.m.: Responded to the Erie County Jail to serve Norwalk Municipal Court warrants on a Norwalk man for failure to appear. He was given an OR bond and signed the paperwork. He is currently still in custody of the Erie County Sheriff's Office. New London PD Wednesday 2:30 p.m.: Caller reports her former boyfriend is stalking her by driving by her residence on West Main Street. Officers attempted to contact the subject but were unsuccessful. Report filed and follow-up is required.4:15 p.m.: Caller reports her neighbor's dogs defecating on her property on West Main Street. Officer made contact with the subject who denied the accusation stating her dogs do not leave the yard further stating that other dogs being walked are the problem. Both subjects advised to contact the PD if the issue persists.11:49 p.m.: Officers on patrol observed an occupied vehicle parked at the Recreation Park. Contact made with a juvenile male and female from Vermilion. They were advised that the park was closed and in violation of the village curfew. Both were transported to the NLPD and turned over to the girl's mom at her request. Report filed and warning issued. Thursday12:49 a.m.: Officers on patrol observed a female with an active warrant out of the HCSO at her residence on Birchpark Drive. Subject placed under arrest and turned over to an HCSO Deputy without incident.
