Grand jury indicts 11

NORWALK — A Huron County grand jury indicted 11 people last Friday. Those indicted include: • Thomas Grossbeck Jr., 39, Willard, 11 counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material; eight counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person; seven counts of sexual battery; two counts of rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor; one count of tampering with evidence, complicity in the commission of an offense, menacing by stalking, burglary and importuning. • Kizer Kilgore, 52, Willard, one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. • Glenn Hall, 31, Milan, four counts of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence. • Brandon Stem, 28, Norwalk, four counts of vandalism and breaking and entering. • Patrick Harrah, 61, Norwalk, one count of felonious assault. • Michael Osborne, 30, Norwalk, one count of assault, aggravated menacing and resisting arrest. • Kristy Gardner, 49, Cleveland, two counts of theft, one count of identity fraud and burglary. • David Massie Jr., 44, Greenwich, two counts of obstructing justice, one count of tampering with evidence. • Emily Harlin, 26, Medina, one count of aggravated drug trafficking, aggravated drug possession and cocaine possession. • Noe Silva, 30, Willard, one count of cocaine trafficking. • Joseph Saldania, 42, Bellevue, one count of heroin possession and aggravated drug possession. An indictment is a formal charge and does not denote guilt or innocence.
