Hall, 22, pleaded guilty to violation of probation and was sentenced to 30 days in Huron County with unsuccessful termination of community control. Defendant remanded to custody of sheriff. Quentin D. Sims, 34, pleaded guilty to violation of probation, probation was revoked and Defendant was sentenced to 11 months in ODRC and remanded to custody of sheriff. Mallory Ann Kucinic, 20, pleaded guilty to violation of probation, probation was revoked and Defendant was sentenced to 12 months in ODRC and remanded to custody of sheriff. Elena C. Rose, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of attempt to commit an offense and was sentenced on this charge plus two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count each of possession of drugs and permitting drug abuse to three years community control, six months in CBCF, 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Adult Probation Department or house arrest with electronic monitoring at Defendant's cost, forfeiture of cell phone and $26 US currency, and reimbursement to Norwalk Police Department for laboratory fees and buy money in the amount of $260. Defendant was ordered to report to adult probation. Roberto DeLaCruz, 37, sentenced on two counts of domestic violence and one count each of identity fraud and forgery to three years community control, six months in CBCF, and 90 days in the Huron County Jail to be served at times to be established by the Adult Probation Department or house arrest with electronic monitoring at Defendant's cost. March 19, 2020 Amber M. Means, 53, sentenced on one count of burglary to 36-54 months in ODRC and remanded to custody of sheriff. Trevor D. Harris, 23, re-sentenced on one count of failure to notify of change of address. As part of his original sentence of three years of community control, defendant was ordered to successfully complete programing at Volunteers of America. As no placement was possible, Defendant was sentenced to 90 days under house arrest with electronic monitoring as an additional condition of his community control. Jacob A. LeClair, 30. Defendant was re-sentenced on two counts of trafficking in cocaine. As part of his original sentence of three years of community control, defendant was ordered to successfully complete programing at Volunteers of America. As no placement was possible, Defendant was sentenced to 90 days under house arrest with electronic monitoring as an additional condition of his community control. Michael D. Sebolt, 32, pleaded guilty to violation of community control and was ordered to successfully complete programming at OhioLink. Defendant was also sentenced on one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle to three years of community control, with 180 days in the Huron County Jail, 90 of which are suspended and 90 of which shall be served at times to be established by the Adult Probation Department or house arrest with electronic monitoring. Defendant was remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
