A semi went off the road early Friday morning into a ditch and took out a utility pole in front of Don Tester Ford-Lincoln on U.S. 250 just south of Norwalk. Firefighters had to cut the woman driver out of the semi but she was not seriously injured, according to officials on the scene. Ohio Edison workers replaced the pole this morning then about 150 to 180 gallons of fuel had to be cleaned up as firefighters and the Huron County EMA were on the scene waiting for a private contractor to do the clean-up work.
