The Western Reserve girls basketball team's postseason run came to an end Saturday in the Division III regional championship game at Lexington High School. The Roughriders jumped out to a 12-8 lead with under 90 seconds left in the first quarter against Ottawa-Glandorf. However, O-G (25-2) went on a 20-2 scoring run to close the first and start the second quarter en route to a 62-40 win. Western concludes a historic season at 23-4. The ‘Riders equaled their best finish in program history with the regional runners-up trophy, which last happened in 2010.
