Today’s forecast offers a brief respite from the bitter cold.

The high will be in the mid 40s. Rain also is forecast. It will be breezy as well.

By tonight, though, the temperature will dip into the mid 20s. And it might not reach 30 again until Monday.

Today, the sun will rise at 7:48:36 a.m. and set at 5:36:18 p.m.

On Thursday, the sun will rise at 7:47:51 a.m. and set at 5:37:32 p.m.
