Fall weather has arrived

• Oct 11, 2018 at 6:00 AM

It was nice while it lasted.

Following three straight days of summer-like weather, with highs in the 80s, cooler conditions are upon us.

Our next 80-degree day might not come until the spring.

Today’s high might reach 60. After that, though, highs will be in the 50s for several days.

Except for Monday, lows will be in the lower 40s at least through the middle of next week. On Monday night, it is projected to be even colder — a low of 35 is predicted.

Today, the sun will rise at 7:38:42 a.m. and set at 6:55:14 p.m.

On Friday, the sun will rise at 7:39:48 a.m. and set at 6:53:39 p.m.
