The production, originally brought on stage in 1976, is a series of songs and dances of the Broadway and film composer Stephen Sondheim.
Along with music and melodies, a narrator will take the stage and wittily educates the audience between songs with information about the influences, the songs and the musicals of Sondheim.
Sondheim is an American composer and lyricist known for earning eight Tony Awards as well as eight Grammy Awards.
“This is a good show with this time of the year. There isn’t a lot to do, it’s finally cold and terribly gloomy,” said Adam Cox, an actor from the production. “It’s just a fun warm group of people singing songs. Some you might know, some you might hear for the first time.”
He added: “And it will be a fun warm night in the theatre.”
