She was born on March 10, 1940 in Clay Center, Ohio to Elmer and Melva Newton. She was a founding member of Fredericktown Free Will Baptist Church and worked for Chapin & Chapin in Norwalk for eight years, and Row & Row Trucking for 20 years as business owner and operator. She loved to decorate and create beautiful floral arrangements and planning the weddings of her children and grandchildren. Murette was also the joyful care taker of her youngest grandchild, Kassie Coffman.
Murrette is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Benjamin Row; siblings Thomas Newton, Genny Atwater and Judith Lajti; children Debra J. Deppen of Norwalk, Donna M. (Delmos) Boggs of Mt. Vernon, Denise A. (Ray) Oney of Shiloh, and Jeffrey A. (Leigh) Coffman of Greenwich; grandchildren, Melissa Blody, Joshua Roth, Aaron Boggs, Eric Boggs, Stacey Calame, Steven Oney, Cheyanne Coffman, Kassie Coffman and special little one Scarlett Risner; along with 12 great grandchildren.
Per Murrette’s wishes, there will be no services and her life will be celebrated and remembered by immediate family at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
