She was born to the late Allen A. and Evelyn L. (Klein) Heston on September 26, 1943, in Norwalk, Ohio. Cleo was a 1967 graduate of Norwalk High School, and worked as a seamstress for C.E. Ward, Kent Sporting Goods, Sewline Products of New London, and Berry Plastics, Monroeville, Ohio.
She will be missed by her son, Benny (Sarah Kessler) Baker, and by her precious granddaughter, Ava, of Huron, Ohio. Cleo is also survived by her sister, Nellie (Heston) (Charles) Timbs of Norwalk, Ohio, by her step daughter, Carol (David) Moore of Norwalk, Ohio, and step grandchildren, Chrissy (A.G. Meggitt), Annie, and Mary of Norwalk, Ohio, by her step sons, Robert (Dawn) Pfeiffer, and step grandchildren, Dominic, James, Whitney, Chryscyna, and Sam Pfeiffer, and Casidy (Troy) Carroll, all of Norwalk, Ohio, Willie (Jane) Pfeifer, and step grandchildren, Brendt and Andy, all of Norwalk, Ohio, and Chuck (Pam) Pfeiffer, and step granddaughter, Missy, all of Sandusky. She is also survived by 9 step great grandchildren, by her nieces, Lynnetta (Timbs) Krisha McNutt Selmy, of New London, Ohio, Tina (Heston) (Bill) Markel of Norwalk, Ohio, by her nephews, Wayne Allen Heston of Norwalk, Ohio, Allan Heston of Maryville, New York, Brenden McNutt and Draeven Dwyre, of New London, Ohio, and Devvon McNutt of Norwalk, Ohio, by several great nieces and nephews, and by her sister in law, Karen Kleuth (Heston) of Mayville, New York.
Cleo was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Baker of Clyde/New London, by her second husband, Robert Pfeiffer of Norwalk, Ohio, by her brother, Edgar Heston of Norwalk/Mayville, New York, by her grandson, Jacob Baker of Huron, Ohio, by her step grandson, Michael Pfeiffer, and by her grandparents, and several aunts, and uncles.
Friends may call on Thursday, July 12, 208 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio, where funeral services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, Ohio.
