MILAN — The Edison High School Drama Club and Thespian Troupe 930 once again will participate in a national food drive Wednesday.

The food drive, called “Trick Or Treat So Kids Can Eat,” collects contributions for local food banks.

Edison drama students will be going door to door from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday in Milan and Twin Oaks and from 5 to 7 p.m. in Berlin Heights to collect non-perishable food and personal hygiene items. All donations will go to the Salvation Army Milan Service Unit food bank for distribution to qualifying families.

“Please consider donating. Last year, the drama club collected more than 800 pounds of food to assist those in need,” director Rex Stanforth said.
