Two cars and a motorcycle were involved in an accident that resulted in only minor injuries Tuesday.

At 3:46 p.m. Georgene Wilson was southbound on Ohio 601 near the Ohio 61 intersection. According to troopers at the Norwalk post of the state Highway Patrol, Wilson turned her 2015 Chevy Malibu left into a driveway at 4566 Ohio 601, directly into the path of a 2011 Harley Davidson driven by Craig Sharfenburg.

The vehicles collided, causing the motorcycle to be “careened off of her car and hit (another) oncoming car,” troopers said.

This third vehicle, a southbound 2011 Chevy Cruze, was driven by Alyssa Hartman.

No one was transported from the scene according to reports, however, Sharfenburg sought his own medical treatment for “some minor facial abrasions and road rash.”

The two cars sustained minor damage, while the motorcycle had severe damage. Wilson was cited for an improper turn.

North Central EMS and the Norwalk Fire Department also assisted on the scene.
