An man in his boxer shorts was found incoherent in a movie theater employees vehicle Monday evening.

An employee at Premiere Theater 8 reported an unidentified male in boxer shorts attempting to enter vehicles in the parking lot. The caller lost sight of the subject, but when officers arrived at the scene, he was found incoherent inside her vehicle.

Norwalk Police Department Captain Dave Smith, a responder at the scene, said the subject was “most likely trying to stay warm.”

“He was shivering,” he added.

Smith said officials determined the subject had disrobed in the parking lot and also had been tampering with other vehicles. An antenna had been removed from a parked vehicle and placed on the hood of another vehicle, he said.

The matter has been forwarded to the law director’s office for possible charges of criminal mischief and motor vehicle trespassing.

The subject was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center for treatment. Smith said the man was “definitely incoherent,” when officers dealt with him. No additional information was available regarding the subjects identity or condition at press time.
