SANDUSKY — Every five minutes, a woman in the U.S. is told she has lung cancer. In fact, the lung cancer death rate has more than doubled over the past 35 years, making it now the No. 1 cancer killer of women.
The American Lung Association’s Lung Force Campaign is stepping up to fight against lung disease and put an end to this crisis in women’s health. Join us at the free Lung Force Walk Kick Off on Wednesday, March 23 at the Sandusky State Theater to learn how you can help.
Enjoy free appetizers, a cash bar, and a fantastic raffle while learning about Lung Force’s important mission to unite women to stand together against lung cancer and for lung health. You can also register for the Cleveland Lung Force Walk on May 14 at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica, which raises valuable funds for research and public education efforts. Visit www.lungforce.org/walk for more information.
By joining the Lung Force Walk Kickoff, you can help make a difference in lives that desperately need it. Together, we are a force to be reckoned with. Any who are interested can rsvp by Friday, March 18 by calling Leigh Ann Sperk at 216-532-8202 or email email@example.com.
