The city of Norwalk is conducting a resident survey which will be used to aid in data-driven decision making, to support strategic budgeting, to consider land use policies, to develop tactical plans and to find opportunities for improvement.
This week, residents of Norwalk will begin to receive surveys in the mail. Surveys can be done on paper or online and will take about 15 minutes to complete.
Participants were randomly selected. While individual responses to the survey will be confidential, the results will be reported in group form. It is important that recipients return the survey in the pre-paid envelope since only a small number of participants have been selected.
Residents’ answers will help shape how the city makes decisions. Survey results will be available on the city’s website this fall.
Recipients who have questions about the survey should contact Dan Wendt, safety service director, at 419-663-6700.
