NORWALK — To say it was tough to stand in the winners circle at the Eagle Creek Golf Club late Wednesday afternoon was an understatement.

The full field for the 29th playing of the Fisher-Titus Foundation scramble played equal to the weather, as the competition was keen in both formats: a single stroke.

The Catering by Design foursome of owner Arvy Montvilas, Jeff Lang, Gary Mackay and Mark Crawford penciled in that 56 to win the net event. That was one stroke clear of Paul Koch, Justin Harris, Sean Finnegan and DJ Swearingen.

The Frank Van Dresser team won the scramble event with a 63. It was Jeff Cierszewski, Nick Lee and Trey Hallock pitching in to make winners out of the real estate-sponsored squad. They were one stroke clear of the Fitzgerald-sponsored foursome of the father-son team of Jim and Celia Fitzgerald, Barth and Davis.

The winners of the raffle prizes were Shep Joseph and Paul Koch. Joseph pocketed the $1,000 straight-up raffle sponsored by Cerner Corporation while Koch won the Norwalk Custom Furniture chair that was sponsored by Wickens-Herzer-Panza-Cook & Batista.

The following were hole prize winners:

No. 2 — Long putt: Brandon Balduff
