That’s right — the most important meal of the day now can be ordered boho style.
The restaurant, which opened in November, will feature menu items like stuffed French toast, the Boho Bomber (cheddar biscuits smothered in homedamde sausafge gravy), “Hippie” hash, flatbread, panini and wrap original breakfasts, as well as some classic favorites like oatmeal, fried apples and other a la carte items.
James Donovan, employee and husband to owner Kelly Heyman, said he’s excited and feels the stuffed french toast will be a big hit, as well as the flatbread breakfasts. He added you can’t find anything like that around the area.
When asked how business is going, Donovan described it as “awesome.”
“Everybody loves lunch,” he said.
The couple wanted to expand what Bohemian Wrapsody had to offer the community. Donovan said he “didn’t want to do dinner again,” prompting them to consider a more original take on people’s favorite meals — breakfast.
Breakfast will be served from 6 to 10:45 a.m. Monday through Saturday and can be ordered as either dine or carry-out. The restaurant is open until 2 p.m. each day.
Donovan said the business is considering opening for breakfast on Sundays in the future as well if the menu additions are well received.
