Duncan, Little, Vanderpool selected as Kiwanis students of month

The Norwalk Kiwanis have selected Norwalk High School seniors Micah Duncan, Anna Little and Samuel Vanderpool as the November students of the month.

Duncan is the son of Rob and Karen. His extra-curricular activities, honors and awards include: Cross country, swim team (varsity), select choir (president), orchestra, Academic Challenge, National Honor Society, newspaper, musical, principal’s list and employee of the month at Wendy’s.

He has applied to The Ohio State University and plans to major in computer science.

Little is the daughter of Jeff and Amy. Her extra-curricular activities, honors and awards include:Swim team, golf, musical, National Honors Society oresident, United Fund student board member, Firelands Challenge team captain, Teen Leadership Corps member, Teens for Christ member, writing and competing with speeches, MVP for the swim team all four years, golf MVP her senior year and principal's list all four years.

She is applying to many colleges, but is hoping to major in computer science.

Vanderpool is the son of John and Monica. His extra-curricular activities, honors and awards include: Tennis and third place at state for SkillsUSA in criminal justice.

His future plans include being a ember of the Ohio National Guard and going into law enforcement.
