Grand jury indicts 61 suspects

SANDUSKY — An Erie County grand jury has indicted 61 suspects.

Here are the defendants’ names and charges:

Brian D. Ayers, aggravated possession of drugs

Alysia M. Sullivan, having weapons while under disability and receiving stolen property

Ryan L. Conley, two counts of tampering with evidence, possession of heroin, and aggravated possession of drugs

James A. Martin, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility

Mark A. Bowles, vandalism

Samuel O. Vickers, breaking and entering, and theft

Benjamin B. Comstock, aggravated menacing, resisting arrest, and assault

Thomas L. Zimmerman, two counts of domestic violence, and endangering children

Rakim J. Davis, domestic violence, and disrupting a public service

Ian C. Seckt, robbery, aggravated burglary, and assault

Julias D. Henson, robbery, aggravated burglary, assault, repeat violent offender specifications

Anna M. Edwards, aggravated possession of drugs, and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Michael T. Henderson, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, and domestic violence, forfeiture specification

David J. Hutchins, two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

James L. Porter, aggravated menacing, and aggravated assault

James A. Martin, receiving stolen property, identity fraud, and two counts of theft

Luis A. Sierra, theft

Stephanie L. Pounds, theft

Estella M. Russell, two counts of non-support of dependents

Dallas D. Payton, possession of cocaine, and trafficking in cocaine

Philip E. Ramsey, possession of cocaine, and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer

Beau M. Williams, two counts of identity fraud, and misuse of credit cards

Dathan E. Williams, robbery, and theft

Ruth L. Cruz, four counts of rape, and four counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor

Eddie W. Cox, four counts of complicity to rape, rape, gross sexual imposition, and four counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor

Clint W. Trussell, felonious assault, domestic violence, violating a protection order, and criminal damaging or endangering

Devante D. Price, felonious assault, three counts of aggravated robbery, specifications

Brandon R. Baker, two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Jason R. Burton, having weapons while under disability, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, and carrying a concealed weapon

Jodie L. Logsdon, two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Jonathan K. Lacey, three counts of felonious assault, specifications

Quinton J. Larry, possession of drugs, and having weapons while under disability

Steffon M. Wilson, aggravated burglary, and felonious assault

Shayquon L. Harvey, aggravated burglary, and assault

Gregory L. Payton, trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of having weapons while under disability, forfeiture specification

Anthony Jones, possession of cocaine, and tampering with evidence, specifications

George D. Hawkins, domestic violence, two counts of trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, and disrupting a public service, forfeiture specifications

Justin J.M. Tallman, possession of heroin, and trafficking in heroin

In addition to the aforementioned 52 people, an additional nine suspects were secretly indicted, which means their names and charges won’t be made public until arrests are made or court papers served.
