LIMA (TNS) — Decorion Dawson, 26, of Lima, pleaded “not guilty” to two counts of aggravated robbery with firearm specifications, both felonies of the first degree, during his appearance Monday in Allen County Common Pleas Court.

The indictment handed down by an Allen County grand jury against Dawson alleges that on Nov. 7 of last year, he did brandish a weapon during the commission of a theft offense against Daniel Kimble and Hunter Dierking.

In a separate case, Dawson was apprehended by local law enforcement officials earlier this month at a bar at 121 E. North St. in Lima for his alleged role in a Dec. 27 brawl at the Waffle House restaurant at 1220 Neubrecht Road that reportedly left a Lima woman with serious injuries.
